case by case basis, The Derbes Law Firm, L.L.C. will undertake
matters on a contingency fee arrangement.
The terms of the contingency fee are negotiated for each
case. Unless a written
contract is executed by both the client and The Derbes Law Firm,
L.L.C., the fee arrangement is on an hourly or flat fee basis. |
